01 / YOUR TIME, YOUR RULES

A calendar shaped around your day.

Working hours are only the beginning. The planned scheduling setup gives availability and appointment details a home alongside the customer’s enquiry.

  • Working days and appointment windows
  • The service and location being requested
  • Business rules confirmed during setup

02 / CLOSE THE LOOP

An enquiry is not a confirmed booking.

A customer should know exactly where things stand. Calendar access, booking checks and confirmation delivery must work together before live scheduling is switched on.

  • Check availability before offering a time
  • Keep requested and confirmed states distinct
  • Test calendar writes and customer confirmations
THE PLANNED BOOKING FLOW

Clear at every step.

01
Request received

The customer asks about a visit.

02
Availability checked

The right calendar is checked.

03
Booking confirmed

A saved booking and delivered confirmation.

Concept only · No live booking created.

FROM REQUEST TO A REAL APPOINTMENT

A time is only real when it’s confirmed.

See the states a customer should experience. A real booking would use the company’s service rules, connected calendar and confirmation delivery—not this visual preview.

THOUGHT THROUGH, FROM THE START

Every detail.
Working together.

01

Availability you control

Set working hours, service areas and the appointment windows you want to offer.

02

The details, together

Keep the requested service, customer details and next steps with the appointment.

03

Confirmation, not confusion

Calendar writes and customer confirmations will be tested together before scheduling goes live.

Built for your rules.
Connected when it’s ready.

Availability, calendar access and confirmation delivery need live testing before a customer can book. This is a product preview, not an active service.

THE BIGGER PICTURE

One business.
Better connected.

A website to introduce you. A receptionist to welcome the enquiry. A calendar for what comes next.

A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS

Good to know.

Let’s talk
What is Wone?

Wone is a platform in development for small trade and service businesses: website creation, an AI receptionist and scheduling in one experience.

Can I try the website designs?

Yes. Browse the templates and personalise a local design preview. Grove and Still have editable multi-page studios. Drafts can be saved in this browser. AI generation and live publishing are not connected yet.

Is this the full UOVA website editor?

Grove uses UOVA’s real landscaping document and renderer in Wone’s 14-page studio. Still is an original six-page cleaning site in the same editor. You can edit text and photographs, adjust selected styles, add sections, save locally and download a backup. The complete UOVA toolset and AI generation are still being connected.

Will this work for my trade or service?

The collection is being developed for indoor and outdoor services. Start with a design direction; service-specific phone and scheduling rules will be confirmed during setup.

Can I use my own name, photos and domain?

Your business should remain yours. The planned publishing flow includes your branding and domain; domain connection and customer photo storage are not available in this preview.

How much will it cost?

The combined website, receptionist and scheduling offer is being finalised. Earlier receptionist-only prices are not the price of this new platform. There is no checkout in this preview.
